Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this hood latch with mounting bracket. This hood latch helps keep your vehicle's hood closed and this is going to be ideal for Jeeps or agricultural vehicles. And the 90 degree mount is going to allow the hook and bracket to be positioned on the same plane. And the steel construction with chrome finish is going to be very durable and it's going to resist corrosion.
And this is going to be a simple bolt-on installation. However, I do wanna make sure that you know that no mounting hardware is included with this, so you would have to pick up the appropriate hardware to mount this that's going to best fit your particular application. the order did not do the work, both holders/hangers are missing and need to ordered apart.
Works fine started rusting within weeks. Funny I got this request for rating as I was pondering buying the stainless ones instead. Basically if you don't care how they look in a month, go for it. If you do, buy stainless. Not the cheap chrome plated. Lesson learned.
